Space Swap 3 - Options

  • Jan. 6th, 2016 at 10:55 PM
Hello, Spacers! We've been asked if there's going to be another round of [community profile] space_swap. Sadly, the answer is probably not. It's been a great season for space shows and we'd love to be able to celebrate it with an exchange, but unfortunately, neither [personal profile] colls nor I have time to run it properly.

This leaves us with three options.

1. Switch to a prompt claiming format where those who want to can leave prompts, and then people can claim them and post during a specific period. With this format, no one is guaranteed a story for any of their prompts, nor is there any guarantee that stories will adhere to DNWs. It's also a lower pressure format, with no penalties for defaulting.

2. If other people want to volunteer to run the exchange, we can hand it over to new mods.

3. We can refrain from running anything here this year.

I've posted a poll below. If you're interested in participating here this year, please feel free to fill it out. If you're interested in taking over as a mod, please leave a comment on the post.

I'm cross-posting this to LJ. Please only fill in one poll!

I'll leave the poll open until January 15th.
