First, an announcement:
guineamania has hit a rough patch and has had to withdraw from modding Space Swap for the forseeable future. Good luck, guineamania.
Now, the questions:
A change that will be made: we'll have a reminder to re-date works at reveals. Also, the schedule will probably be a week or two earlier in the year, though we'll only work it out properly come January.
Now, the questions:
- Did the scheduling work? Was there enough time in every phase? Too much? Not enough?
- Were the sign-up instructions clear?
- Did you have any problems with nominations? What was your opinion on the character-relationship-worldbuilding system used?
- Anything else you'd like to tell us?

I gather re-dating will be optional?
Re-dating will be optional – only work creators are able to re-date. (It's only really necessary for fast-moving fandoms, where many pages' worth of works may appear in the week between the due date and reveals, and authors lose out on tag-browsing folks.)
I thought the sign-up instructions were pretty clear.
One snag I hit early on is that the story I wanted to tell wasn't set in outer space, and I wasn't sure whether that was actually okay. Maybe that could be clarified for next year—whether space is just the theme for the fandoms or also the theme for the works.
I was one of those annoying people used to nominating with canonical tags- sorry for the trouble! m(_ _)m It was fine after I read the reminder.
I'm not sure if the tags are a little wonky now because of the nomination system though? When I click on the tags on my work or my Gift work, they only direct to the fic in the Space Swap collection instead of across all AO3.
